Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Rebel Crow Enterprises, LLC, we strive to provide a meaningful and fulfilling experience. Due to the nature of our services, we kindly ask that you review the following refund and cancellation policies carefully before booking.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date the service has been rendered.
If you are dissatisfied with your session for any reason, you must contact us within 72 hours of your session to request a refund review. Please send an email to rebelcrowreadings@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include a brief explanation of your concerns.
Refund requests made outside of the 72-hour window will not be considered.
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. We ask that clients reach out in good faith, and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your satisfaction.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval. You will not incur any additional fees for a reimbursement.
Cancellations & No-Shows
You must notify us of your intent to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $25 late cancellation fee, as the time reserved could have been offered to another client.
The late cancellation fee will be invoiced to you via email and must be paid prior to booking any future services.
We understand that emergencies happen. We allow one waived late cancellation or no-show per client. Any additional missed appointments without proper notice will be subject to a $25 fee.
If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Dispute Resolution
By purchasing a service from Rebel Crow Enterprises, LLC, you agree to first attempt resolution of any issues by directly contacting us at rebelcrowreadings@gmail.com before initiating any formal disputes with your payment provider.
We maintain detailed records of service delivery (including appointment confirmations, email communications, and reading summaries where applicable) to ensure transparency and protect against fraudulent refund or chargeback requests.

By booking and attending a tarot reading with Rebel Crow Enterprises, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Tarot readings are offered for spiritual insight, personal reflection, mindfulness, education and entertainment purposes only.You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes following a reading.
You agree that you will not hold Rebel Crow Enterprises, LLC, its owner(s), or its contractors liable for any loss, harm, injury, or adverse outcome resulting from the use or misuse of information provided during your session.
Rebel Crow Enterprises, LLC makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of any reading.
If you are experiencing mental health concerns, legal issues, medical problems, or financial difficulties, you are encouraged to consult a qualified professional in the appropriate field.
Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, attending, or paying for a session with Rebel Crow Enterprises, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in the Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions Policy. You also affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to participate.
